Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

2. Hygiene and Personal-Use Items

Because Healm products come into direct contact with the skin, we are only able to accept returns of items that are unused and unopened for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the item arrived defective or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@healm.co with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or we made an error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including opened or used personal-care items (for hygiene reasons), gift cards, and items marked as final sale.
